Fitted in my usual walk in the morning, a 2.5 run at lunchtime (easy effort around 10:30 a mile) and then around 3 miles of hill reps in the evening.

If you are anything like me you will take “good news” from your watch seriously and dismiss any “bad news”. I consider that the made up number being higher is great and so therefore I take it without question.
Tomorrow is a day in the office so it’s traditionally my rest day with respect to running.
