Running for weightloss


I am working hard on my weightloss goal. It will help with my running – improving my Personal Best times for m races and improving my general fitness.

I’m currently 14 stone 4 pounds. My aim over the next 30 days is to bring that in at 13 stone. I know I can do it. I’ve done it before and with the amount of running I do it will be possible.

I am going to run most evenings (3 miles) as well as two long slow runs at the weekends.

And I’m cutting out my frothy coffees and unhealthy snacks 🙂

Any tips?
