Back in Kent I have vowed to restore some good habits I had but had fallen slightly off the wagon with.
I have kept with a short walk every morning but something that has slipped is the 2 minutes of kettle bell swings.
So I fixed that!
I also went out for a run in the evening with the local club. Not flat 🤣 legs ached after the weekend run.

Not long now until the canal race towards the end of June.
