Hi everyone. Lovely day today. Covered just over 30 miles. Mostly off road and have closed in on Saint Quentin. In fact we are just on the outskirks.
I was lucky enough to run with three friends today – in quite difficult conditions underfoot. It took 6:29 to cover 30+ miles. So pretty good going.
So, quite hilly today and thoroughly enjoyed the mud. (In case you’re interested – instead of my usual runcommute – this was actually a run from Charing, Kent to Dover, Kent – remastered for my virtual run from London to Moscow).
