Hi everyone. Did a leisurely 6.1 miles today – just an hour of running. Went through some lovely places – but it is so flat around here that I am hoping for some hills and some undulating trails over the next few days.
Mauquency was indeed a lovely farming village. Very pretty. Very much a working village. The people are so friendly. I stopped at a lovely cafe. Lovely red wine, delicious bread, and puy lentils in balsamic vinegar. Ohhh la la!
Going to cover 7 miles tomorrow. I love running from A-B. There is something lovely about getting further away from the starting point. Something primal about it. Love it. Great running everyone. I will soon be in Paris.
