I am doing some great stuff on my challenge. On fitness I will be getting my weight to 11 stone. I weighed in at 12st13.5lbs this morning with a measurement around my belly button of 94cm. That’s coming down to 85cm.
I will be cycling aswell as running. Cycling will help raise my running speed because it will raise my vo2 max measure. I will get my bike ready tonight and go for a ride. Whahey.
I am eating only natural foods and watching my calories too. I am creating a calories deficit of 1000 a day.
Now breakfast beckons. Poached eggs on brown toast and a black coffee. Yippee!!!
